FAMILIES, GROUPS , CORPORATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS
EAL is a less intensive form of experiential learning and involves short term educational activities and goals that allow the horses to assist individuals in learning new skills and solving problems that transfer to life situations. This includes leadership skills, group dynamics, role definitions, trust, cooperation and communication. This equine interactive learning provides an opportunity to identify patterns of behavior.
Being in the present moment and to allow reality without the filters of judgment, expectations, and the influence of dysfunctional beliefs. Interaction and observation of horses provide rich opportunities to experience the present moment and develop powers of focused attention, resulting in unfiltered awareness, peace and relaxation.
This involves a restructuring of your dysfunctional thought patterns stemming from irrational beliefs. The interaction with horses can dramatically demonstrate how these beliefs impact our emotional responses and allow for active change to take place.
All sessions are experiential, in which you learn about yourself and others by participating in creative and group activities with the horses in the arena, observing the responses of the horses, followed by discussion of the behavior and emotions elicited through the activity.
This is a experiential parent education program, you learn healthy strategies for developing a healthier relationship with your child by building a connection with your horse.
Horses have a lot in common with youths. Once you learn the 7 c test then only then will you build both youth and horses cooperation.
